Zen Den – LA

For the Zen Den – LA balcony redesign, my client was seeking a cozy, boho maximalist vibe to complement their work-from-home routine. We wanted to create a lush oasis where they could unwind amidst the daily hustle and bustle. By moving a patch of faux grass to the center of the balcony, we added balance and a captivating focal point between their existing folding chairs.

To give the space a boho touch, we found some charming palm-printed chair cushions at Ross – Dress For Less. These cushions not only added comfort but also brought a splash of greenery to the chairs, making them feel more inviting. By arranging plants along the perimeter and hanging plant pots, we maximized greenery and transformed the balcony into a serene outdoor retreat.

The finishing touches included a small wooden folding table, perfect for enjoying a cold drink or setting the scene for a relaxing evening with battery-powered flameless candles. With these additions, the Zen Den – LA balcony became a welcoming space where my client could escape the stresses of the day and find peace in the heart of the city.
